When people try to enter and the runing map is surf_hongkong, they can't, because they don't have the wad file.
This is not map problem, this was unhappyJai problem. When he uploaded the map to the FUN/SURF server, he forgot to upload the wad file. (and people can't Join because the can't download that file)
You can download the map and the wad file from here:
And remember this: the map goes to the "cstrike/maps" folder and the .wad file goes to the "cstrike" folder
